The company "Volgograd Aluminium Company - Powders Metallurgy" ("VALCOM-PM") was founded on July 13th, 2001. The principal activity of the company is production of aluminium powders and dry milled flakes. The plant was commissioned in June 2004, and now it is a large producer of aluminium granules, powders and flakes with annual output of 9000 tons of commercial products. The plant is equipped to run the latest available technology, with many units of equipment and machinery being quite unique as compared to the other Russian powder producers. Technological processes are fully flexible, and provide for easy tuning to the customers' requirements. Due to the entirely personal approach and high and guaranteed quality VALCOM-PM is quite successive not only on the domestic market and abroad as well. More than 60 % of all the products go to Germany, Austria, France, Sweden and Eastern Europe.
In 2008 -2010 years was finished the second stage of construction and as result was mastered production of fine and ultra fine spherical aluminium powders.
In 2009 with Valcom support was founded Russian – Austrian joint venture Benda-Lutz Volzhsky for producing aluminium pastes for LWC.
Valcom-PM continues successful development and offers its customers the widest range of high quality products of powder metallurgy.
